BSNL:- Bsnl users please dial *62*1701#
IDEA :- Idea users please dial *62*9847926340#
VODAFONE:- vodafone users please dial *62*9155705#
Manually you can set it by
Goto settings->call setting->call divert->when not available,not reachable,when switched off ->diver to(BSNL +911701),(IDEA 9847926340)
Note:- This tricks are tested and working in Kerala Enjoy....
